BAKER & GELATO MAKER

We are seeking a full-time or part-time, caring, and reliable Gelato Maker / Baker (20-25 or 35–40 hours/week) for our West Chester, PA (19382) location.

This is a unique opportunity to work consistent 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM shifts in our well-established production kitchen—where you can learn, grow, and take pride in your craft without the pressure of late nights, early mornings, or on-demand restaurant service.

You’ll assist with Gemelli’s daily production, helping prepare and execute our high-quality, from-scratch gelato and desserts with care and consistency.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing ingredients, including fruits, vegetables, gelato bases, and fresh toppings

• Producing gelato and desserts following Gemelli’s recipes and standards

• Mixing ingredients using proper equipment and techniques

• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workspace

• Keeping your station organized and hygienic at all times

• Properly storing and labeling products according to food safety standards

• Assisting with occasional ingredient transfers between West Chester and Phoenixville locations

What we’re looking for:

• Prior bakery, desserts or food service experience required

• Passion for desserts and quality ingredients

• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• A team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
