Donations & Fundraising events
It’s part of our mission to be an active part of the local communities we live in and give back to non profit organizations with a charitable cause that do so much for our neighbors and friends. That’s why every year we organize several “Community Days” at the Café, where we partner with local non-profits and food banks to raise money and awareness for special causes.
On top of these events, we receive several donation requests each day from so many different sources. We cannot possibly help everyone and this is why we have implemented some guidelines to help facilitate the process.

General Guidelines:
Everyone requesting a donation must fill out this online form, even if you stopped already at the cafe and dropped off materials, spoke to a staff member or emailed first.
At this time we are able to support only local non-profits that are based and operate directly in our communities: West Chester PA & Phoenixville PA.
Please ensure that your event is at least three weeks away, if not we will not be able to accommodate your request at this time.
We receive several requests each day and do our best to approve as many as possible. If you do not hear from us within a week via email, that means we are not able to help at this time.
Before submitting a donation request:
Requests take about one week to be reviewed and processed. If you do not hear from us within a week, that means we are not able to help at this time.
Donations will only be in form of digital gift cards, as all our products are very perishable. We can also collaborate on a fundraising at the Cafe (either WC or PHX location) for your organization where part of the applicable sales will be donated back to your cause.
The digital gift card will be emailed directly to the email address you include in the form below. Please make sure email is correct.
We love supporting our local communities and this allows us to help as many of you as possible so that you can keep making a difference!
