A curated, gourmet selection that changes seasonally, like local Goat Cheese & Organic Raspberry Jam, Fresh Ricotta & Fig Preserve, homemade Lavender, Cinnamon & Matcha infused gelato, fresh Pumpkin Caramel Cheesecake, Sicilian Cannoli or Pure Maple, Caramel & Candied Pecans to name a few.
SORBETTI & VEGAN GELATO
We shop mainly for local, often organic fresh fruit, that is why at Gemelli we follow the seasons and change the sorbetto flavors weekly, depending on what’s ripe, in season and bursting with flavor. Vincenzo also crafts dairy free, vegan gelato flavors made with oat milk and a few, simple, organic ingredients.

Our mission has always been to share the food culture and treasured desserts Vincenzo grew up with in Italy with his local community. Vincenzo & Julianne chose West Chester instead of a large city because they were looking for a smaller and welcoming area to call their home and start their family, similar to the place Vincenzo grew up back in Italy, Ferrara.
It is with that commitment to local, uncompromised quality and tradition that Vincenzo opened Gemelli.
At Gemelli, we craft truly from scratch artisanal gelato and desserts using a combination of local, organic, seasonal and farm-fresh ingredients.
All our gelato and desserts are made in house fresh daily, without colorants, powder mixes, preservatives, corn-syrups, pre-made flavorings or emulsifiers.
All our drinks are handcrafted to order and follow the same philosophy: no sugary syrups from a pump or artificial flavorings, but rather a more unique and gourmet coffee experience. We proudly serve LaColombe coffee from Philadelphia and our specialty syrups or flavor blends are handcrafted right here, with real, organic ingredients: our pumpkin spice syrup, our gourmet European style hot chocolate or mocha latte, or our chai tea latte organic loose leaf blend are all great examples.
